INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

Individual training focuses on the weaknesses as well as the strengths of each athlete.  These 1 hour sessions allow the trainer to evaluate and make adjustments as needed in order to help the athlete reach his/her full potential.

GROUP TRAINING 

Group Training sessions will get each athlete game ready by putting them in game like situations as well as focusing on conditioning, ball handling, defense, and more.  Sessions are 1 hour.

SHOOTING MACHINE

Our Shooting Machine sessions helps athletes to improve their shooting technique as well as develop confidence in shooting. Each 30 minute session allows athletes to get a minimum of 250 stationary shoots.

SHOOTING SESSIONS

Our Shooting Sessions consist of intense Game like shooting drills.  Sessions are 30 minutes in length and allows athletes to fine tune their shooting.

FREE THROW SESSIONS

Free Throws are critical to every game.  These Sessions are designed to help athletes establish a sense of control, rhythm, focus, and their improve percentages.

All Free Throw Sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

VERTIMAX TRAINING

The Vertimax is one of the best jump training aids in all of sports.  Vertimax training consist of resistance bands that helps to improve speed and quickness; as well as your vertical jump.  Each session will be 15 minutes long.

All Vertimax Sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

TEAM TRAINING

Team Training sessions are designed to prepare your team for the season. These 1-2 hour  sessions will provide the atmosphere and teaching needed in order to help your team advance to the next level.

FACILITY RENTAL

Public Areas within ELITE Backcourt can be rented for Events, Parties, etc.  The Facility can be rented for a span of 1-4 hours.  For Interest and Questions, please contact ELITE Backcourt for additional information.  Note that a Facility Rental Agreement is required.
